The Flares’ Role in the Aurora Universe
As a Flare, you will be the origin of light, setting off waves of inspiration, education, and engagement across the Aurora universe.
You’ll have the opportunity to be surrounded by like-minded peers in exclusive Discord and Telegram channels, connecting directly with the Aurora Team to represent the community.
But not only that. The Flares aren’t just ambassadors—they are the early beacons that guide newcomers through the infinite possibilities. With every task completed, every event organized, and every article written, you’re helping the Aurora & NEAR ecosystems grow brighter, reaching more people and expanding the boundaries of what’s possible.
What Does It Mean to Be a Flare?
As an Aurora Flare, you become part of a legendary network of community leaders who ignite the way forward. You will have the opportunity to:
- Create radiant content that illuminates the depths of Aurora’s technology, through blogs, videos, and educational materials.
- Guide new explorers through the Aurora ecosystem, sparking their interest and leading them through tutorials, meetups, and interactive sessions.
- Expand the reach of Aurora by spreading your energy across social media platforms, sharing project milestones and your unique insights with the wider blockchain community.
The Aurora Flares Program provides structure, but the light you shine is yours. In return for these contributions, Aurora Flares will receive rewards that range from $50 to $1000 USD in $AURORA, access to the Beta Testers Club, along with unique NFTs and Aurora-branded swag.

Trial Period
Just as with the previous program, the Aurora Flares will include a trial period for all ambassadors. During the first month, new ambassadors will be on a probationary period where they will be evaluated based on their activity, quality of contributions, and overall engagement. After this initial phase, the most committed and impactful ambassadors will be invited to continue their journey as official Aurora Flares, with access to additional tasks and rewards.
This trial period ensures that our ambassadors are not only enthusiastic about Aurora but also aligned with the program’s long-term vision and capable of contributing meaningfully to the community.
An Invitation to Join
Like stars being born in the deepest reaches of space, the Aurora Flares will be onboarded in waves, growing steadily over the coming months. Each wave brings new Flares into the fold—sparks ready to light up the Aurora landscape.
By the end of the year, we aim to have about 30 Flares shining brightly, creating ripple effects felt across the Aurora universe.
